Ultra Violet
There was a time when I would shy away from using any purple or violet in my artwork.
Now I can’t seem to get enough of this gorgeous color. It conjures up thoughts of royalty, the folds of a magician’s robe ...and freshly plucked violets.
If there’s a color you’ve been too afraid to touch...for whatever reason...try incorporating a small amount into your current work and see if you like the results. It could create a big shift in your art. You can always paint over it if you can’t stand it.
